Question

But you haven't answered my question yet!

If you were a fruit, what fruit would you be?

Not what you want to be, but what you would actually be. And more importantly, why?

Puffintoad is the only one who's replied (pomegranate). And I, of course, am still prickly and pineappley as ever.

And Thérèse, I don't think "cheeseburger" counts, unless you provide a very strong argument indeed.

i am trying to think of a fruit that is an acquired taste- how about a lemon? oval yellow fruit with acidic juice used for drinks and flavoring. you have to be tenacious to be able to enjoy one :o) shiny and usually smells nice, but watch out for seeds! many segments inside. can be sliced in many interesting ways. my grandmother had a sweet lemon tree in her yard. the lemontree is also aberdeen's (my birthplace) number one venue for the arts and musical performances also a quality resturant and cafe.

Cheeseburgers are a fruit.

In a previous post, I, uh... proved (that's right, I said proved) that Cheeseburgers are, in fact, a vegetable.

Now, as many people realize, some fruits are easily mistaken as vegetables. Tomatoes are one such fruit. Tomatoes are in Cheeseburgers. If they're not, they should be. And as such, the entire Cheeseburger experience includes a lot of fruit.

And it's my favourite kind of fruit.

I think it's a compelling argument.

ah yes, thérèse, i did see your post about the vegetableness of cheeseburgers. i wasn't sure if they crossed over into the fruit category as well. argument noted. BUT. still. the question is, would you BE a cheeseburger? not you do you WANT to be one (because i know you do), but would cheeseburger best describe your personality? for example, i see you as very possibly a kiwi or chardonnay grapes. but what do i know?

anon: lemon! add it anytime when you need a fresh and delightful zing in your life. versatile and available, but always considered a special addition to a drink or dish. like pineapple, an excellent source of vitamin c. it also can help make bad smells go away. what would mr. anon be, do you think?

Ooh kiwi. Or chardonnay grapes. Sounds delicious.

Yes, I'd be a mutation between those two.

I mean... if Cheeseburgers are really and truly not an option, that is.

i've been thinking about it, and i thought i made a mistake. so i looked it up, and i did.

i meant champagne grapes, aka zante currant or black corinth grapes. you know, the teeny tiny kind? because you are giggly.
