Craving
An egg salad sandwich. With sweet gherkin pickles cut up in it. On white bread (I don't care for white bread) with the crusts cut off (I always eat the crust because I think only brats refuse to eat bread crust). Completely bizarre.
This sort of craving is difficult to satisfy. It is impractical to make egg salad sandwiches for one person, because one is usually left with a large batch of egg salad that one is sick of eating. It is slightly risky to purchase egg salad— I mean, come on. Eggs AND mayonnaise? Salmonella city.
I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

But don't you just need to boil one or two eggs to make one serving of egg salad? That's what I do when I am craving an egg salad sandwich.
