Holiday truths

When it comes to this time of year, there are people who are quite vocal about the importance of focusing on the truths about the holidays. In keeping with this spirit is my question of the day/season.

True or False, people:

Trans-Siberian Orchestra is the new Mannheim Steamroller.

What do you think?

Happy Christmas, everyone. Happy birthday, Jesus.

Thanks Brak!

I remember our many discussions about the excellent music of Mannheim Steamroller during the Holidays. Particularly that version of "Deck the Halls" that we both enjoy so much. How can you improve on that? No way TSO can reach that level of excellence.

Yeesshh. I just listened to a 20 second clip from that Mannheim "song" to make sure I had it right and I had a chill run up and down my spine.

Ahem.

Last time I checked, you are not Jesus.

And why can't I wish Jesus a happy birthday without it being mistaken as a quote from someone else? That IS the whole point of Christmas, after all.

I'm just saying.

I don't jack around when it comes to Christ.

I wasn't claiming to be Jesus. I was thanking Brak for the sentiments he expressed.

And I remember that you have quoted that Brak line on at least one occasion. In fact I've never previously heard the phrase "Happy Birthday Jesus" used by anyone other than Brak or as a reference to that Brak quote.

Also just saying. I apologize if what I wrote bothered you.
